The trailer's finale features a poignant line from protagonist Vin Diesel, who plays fellow street racer Dom Toretto and was close friends with the late actor. "Like it or not, you and your friends are a part of it now," a villain is heard threatening Vin in the clip. "I don't got friends. I got family," says Vin, who has always affectionately referred to Paul as Pablo and called him his "brother".
