Khloé Kardashian and Lamar Odom's marriage troubles have hit headlines for the past few months – and now they are being captured on camera on Khloé's family's reality TV show.On Sunday night's episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Khloé became emotional as she discussed her basketball star husband's issues. "Lamar has been having a really hard time lately," the 29-year-old told the cameras. "It's not just black and white."

While on a road trip with her stepdad Bruce Jenner, half-sisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner, brother Rob Kardashian, stepbrothers Brody and Brandon and Brandon's wife Leah, Khloé received a phone call telling her that her husband was missing. "There's a lot of emotional issues and as much as I'm trying to enjoy going camping with my family, I also have to cater to Lamar's needs.""It's really scary when nothing's really working, and then you know if you give up no one in his life would be able to help.""I've been down this road probably way more times than I'd like to admit," she told E!'s cameras. "If someone wants to leave, they want to leave."

Khloé then confessed she'd reached her limit with her husband of four years. "You're not my child, I can't lock you in a room - as much as I would like to," she said, adding that his behaviour has been "weird.""Even though I don't like camping, right now I need all the distractions I can get," Khloé said after persuading the family to go alien hunting in Area 51 in Nevada. "They're kind of like therapy for me."

Although none of the family members directly addressed Lamar's alleged drug problems, their clashing opinions on the subject of addiction became apparent when they discussed Cory Monteith's death.Khloé asked her step-father Bruce, "Do you think it was a choice?," to which Bruce replied, "I have a hard time with people that need drugs to have a good time.""You know being a drug addict is a disease," Khloé said. Bruce responded, "No. It is a personal choice. You know what you're doing? You're taking the responsibility away from the person. "This guy had a choice to take drugs," Bruce said of the late Glee actor. "It's his own fault. You can't blame anybody else but him!"Khloé and Bruce later received phone calls from Lamar but when Bruce hands the phone over to Khloé, Lamar has already hung up. "I know it looks weird," she told the cameras. "I don't know what to say." Khloé and Lamar were spotted together off-screen at Kanye's gig in San Francisco last week. "Lamar set next to Khloé in the VIP section," an onlooker told PEOPLE. "He was smiling and talking to her. They seemed so happy to be out together and both said 'hi' to friends around them."
