Adapted from the Tony award-winning West End smash hit show, Jersey Boys is based on the story of American rock and pop band The Four Seasons.

The film has been bought to the screen in a documentary-style fashion, as the four main characters give us their individual story and opinion of the rise and fall of the band throughout the 1960s.

Erich Bergen, John Lloyd Young, Michael Lomenda and Vincent Piazza are the four unknown actors starring in Clint’s film, but John Lloyd Young isn't a stranger to the story - he won a Tony for originating the role of Frankie Valli on Broadway in 2006.

Featuring many of the Four Seasons hits, this first trailer gives us Sherry, Who Loves You, and You’re Just Too Good to Be True, but as it also shows, Clint is not shying away from the show’s themes of ambition, loyalty, jealousy and backstabbing.

Jersey Boys will be released on June 20th.
