"I was obsessed with crisps and ate four bags a day. So I asked my mum Jan, a hypnotherapist, to hypnotise me and I haven't touched a bag since. But I'm not a great fan of exercise – I'd love to have a six-pack, but it'll never happen. I get my heart going by taking out our two shih tzus for mile-and-a-half walks every day. I think I burn a lot of nervous energy, too. I'm a can't-sit-down kind of person. And I do stretches every morning, just to keep myself supple – down to the floor, up towards the ceiling and twisting round a bit, too."
