The 24-year-old took to a North Norfolk beach for the bootcamp and claims the workout plan has resulted in her improving the shape of her derrière.

“If you slap it, there’s barely a wobble now! My bum is the tightest it's ever been,” she laughed. Caggie went through early-morning cardio, hiking and yoga to tone her midriff.
“The muffin top… like most women, I think, that’s where extra weight goes first. The tummy and hips! It’s also the hardest to shift,” she admitted.
“I’m not exactly big, so can’t quite believe that I’ve lost seven pounds."
The star – who has turned her hand to fashion – has shared that her current waist measures 27 inches and her hips 34-inches. Her fun sessions took place at No 1 Boot Camp, near the Queen's Sandringham estate in Norfolk, where MIC star Spencer Matthews has also taken part. He lost just under a stone in three days, while Binky Felstead, burned off a stone during her week there.
“The trainers at No 1 Boot Camp are lovely but they can also be terrifying – one had his boot on my back as I was doing press ups. But it’s incredibly motivating," Caggie added.
“I really enjoy exercise anyway, but bootcamp gives you the extra push to keep at it. I feel better not only physically but mentally.”
Caggie learned that her food portions were too large and that she should slow down when chewing. The blonde beauty spilled details on her meal plan so fans can take tips from her experience.
“I could easily have eaten three times the amount we were served,” she admits. “But it’s about waiting a while to see whether you’re full.

“I normally eat pretty healthily anyway, but I would usually have more carbs at home. Breakfast was porridge, with raisins and cinnamon. Normally at home I would add honey. Lunch was salad and chicken, maybe soup. And dinner was something like roast beef, sweet potato and vegetables. The food was actually great.
“I will certainly be keeping an eye on my portion sizes from now on!”
Caggie has noticed that her complexion has also had great results and she can get away with ditching the foundation. The star is hoping to beack a return to the screen so she’ll need to ensure her skin is in top condition.
“My eyes are much brighter! I didn’t have a problem looking a mess as I only wear make-up when I have to,” she explained. “I’m now looking forward to a facial and beautifying myself a bit, which is a great boost as I'm off to Los Angeles for various acting meetings.
“I’m pretty good at disciplining myself if I gain a little so I’ve never had a weight issue. But I’m looking forward to pulling on my black bandage dress. It’s pretty unforgiving anyway but you have to be small to get in it anyway.
“But first I’m looking forward to having lunch with my mum – pizza or pasta. I’m going to stick to a 5:2 plan – be strict for five days then do and eat what the hell I feel like the other two.”
