Khloé Kardashian revealed she lost 11 pounds after cutting out dairy

"I'm obsessed with cheese and milk, but eliminating them from my diet made the biggest difference," she told New Beauty. "In a month and a half, I lost 11 pounds just from not eating dairy, without doing anything else different, and that totally blew my mind."

The Keeping up with the Kardashians star added that she decided to cut out the food group after researching what would work best. "I learned a lot about dairy and what it does to your system and I cut it out," she explained.

Khloé also revealed that making small changes, such as drinking more water, have become a part of her routine. "I'm way healthier now than I ever was," she said. "I stay really hydrated by drinking five litres of water and taking vitamins every single day. I do think that changes your skin."

All of her hard work has paid off – the American beauty continues to dazzle her fans both on and off the red carpet, and she admitted that she has a newfound confidence especially when it comes to body image.

"Working out does so much for me emotionally, but it also makes my skin look better," she said. "Everything looks better. I dress differently now because I feel comfortable in my skin and I'm willing to take more style risks.

"Before, I wouldn't wear certain clothes because I was uncomfortable or I felt they didn’t look good on my body. Now, I feel I'm living my life more."
