Tracy Anderson is helping whip Alessandra Ambrosio into shape ahead of the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show. Alessandra is gearing up to strut her stuff for the 17th time later this month, and although the Brazilian beauty keeps in shape all year round, she's been putting in extra work ahead of the lingerie runway show.
"I would say an hour to an hour and a half a day," she told Harper's Bazaar of how long she spends working out in the days leading up to the show. "It all depends on what I'm doing that day. If I'm going on a hike or playing volleyball with my friends it might be longer but I don't usually spend more than an hour and a half in the gym. I love to do different classes and lately I have been doing Tracy Anderson Method because it's fun and it feels more like a dance class than a workout. But, at the same time, it's great exercise as it targets all muscle groups."

Last month, Tracy and Alessandra trained together for a video stream on the Victoria's Secret Facebook page, with both women sharing snaps of the days on their social media accounts. Diet also plays an important part in Alessandra's preparation, and the 36-year-old divulged what her meal plans look like in the lead up to the big day.
"It all depends on the day and if I am working on set or working from home," she said. "For breakfast I usually have eggs and/or avocado toast and after my workout I usually grab a green juice followed by lunch where I usually have a salad along with some chicken or fish. For dinner I might go for sushi, or grill Brazilian BBQ at home. I also have some nuts or a protein bar in my bag all the times in case I get hungry while I'm running around." The 2017 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show takes place on 20 November in Shanghai. Fellow Brazilian model Lais Ribeiro will be wearing the Fantasy Bra.
