Scarlett Moffatt surprises fans with recent weight loss - see her full transformation

The Gogglebox star has been hard at work!

Last year, she impressively slimmed down from a size 18 to a size 8 - and now Scarlett Moffatt is back focusing on fitness. The former Gogglebox star revealed she's returned to the gym as she reclaims her fitness regime. Earlier this week, Scarlett took to her Instagram page to share a picture of herself whilst showing off the fruits of her labour. Fans immediately rushed to post comments, praising her on her efforts with one writing: "Looking well x be proud of who you are x you’re amazing." [sic] Another said: "Have you lost weight? You look fab." A third post read: "How have u lost so much weight since doing the extra jungle camp? What's your secret?? You look great."

At the start of the month, 27-year-old Scarlett told her fans that she will be overhauling her lifestyle. She said: "First day back at the gym today!! I know it'll take a good couple of months to get my memory muscle back into the swing of things but I can't wait to get fit for me, your health is your wealth #gym #confidence #loveyourself #fitness." Last year, the TV star released her fitness DVD, Scarlett's SuperSlim Me Plan, which went on to be a huge success.

During a previous appearance on This Morning, Scarlett confessed she was inspired to lose weight after being told she was at risk of developing diabetes. "It was hard for me, going home and explaining to my mum and dad why I went to the doctors and what was wrong with me," she explained. "They also tested my for diabetes type 2 because they said I could be pre-diabetic, and I was like 'Oh my gosh, I'm 25, I don't understand how I've got to this.'" Giving advice to her fans, Scarlett added: "Just think, it [the weight] can't get any higher if I put the work in. I'm not going to lie, it is hard, anyone who says it's easy is lying, and this is only an hour out of my day."
