Meghan Markle's wedding makeup look has fast become one of the most talked about royal beauty looks of all time. The new Duchess of Sussex looked breath-taking as she walked down the aisle at St. George's Chapel, barely wearing any makeup. The bride-to-be let her natural beauty shine through by wearing a soft smokey kohl liner, individual lash extensions and a glossy nude lip and the look definitely got the seal of approval from royal fans the world over. Together with her beautiful wedding dress – she was the epitome of a thoroughly classic bride Putting aside her stunning Givenchy gown created by Claire Waight Keller , all eyes were on the former Suits star's perfect eyebrows. They  perfectly framed her face but still were subtle and not too strong. HELLO! spoke with A-list brow technician Tonya Crooks – the lady behind Julia Robert's brows and founder of beauty brand The Brow Gal - and she gave us the lowdown on the best royal brows in the business and how fellow brides can achieve Meghan's look…

Meghan had the most perfect brows at the royal wedding

Tonya explains: "Meghan has a classically beautiful arch to her brow and generally very neat brows. Beforehand I would have had them preened to maximise the shape she already had. I would recommend waxing your brows ahead of the big day as you can get the details and shape properly with wax where you can’t with threading."

Speaking about her to achieve her wedding look, she adds: "On her wedding day, her makeup was particularly paired back and played on her natural beauty. However, her brows were defined, perhaps even a little more than usual."

"To create a natural, structured shape, I'd recommend using the Brow Gal's Convertible Brow, £28, with my Brow Brush, £12. This product is perfect to create brows 'a la Meghan' – as it allows you to add soft definition to the front of the brow using it in powder form, and once wet, it allows you to add more definition to the tail end and arch, where I can see Meghan's MUA has focussed on," she explained.

Defined brows can start to wear off as the day goes on, so Tonya also gave us an insight in how to keep brows intact all day: "To lock the brows into place, I'd recommend using a long-lasting brow product like the Clear Brow Gel by The Brow Gal, £16 -especially if you have a veil like Meghan!"
