"When I was six years old my schoolteacher asked the class what we'd like to be when we grew up. Much to her surprise, I ignored all the sensible answers of a nurse, teacher or policewoman, and declared I wanted to be a millionaire and marry Michael Jackson," says Giovanna Fletcher.
She didn't end up marrying the King of Pop, though she did fall in love – and subsequently wed – a young man who went one to become one of Britain's best-loved music stars.
Miss Falcone, as she was then, first laid eyes on Tom Fletcher at the Silvia Young Theatre school in London when she was 13 years old. According to Giovanna the attraction was instant. The pair got engaged in 2011 and tied the knot a year later.

The pretty brunette – who was born on 29 January 1985 in Essex – starred in The Savages after she finished drama school. The acting job she is perhaps best known for is the 2009 film The Boat That Rocked.
According to Giovanna, it was Tom who encouraged her to become an author. She has written two novels: You’re the One That I Want and Billly and Me, which have garnered praise and won her an army of fans.
In March 2014 Giovanna began an exciting new chapter when she welcomed her first child with Tom, a baby boy whom the couple named Buzz Michelangelo. "Now I can’t imagine life without our little dude! Every day he puts a smile on my face and melts my heart. I’m very lucky to be his mummy,” Giovanna has said about their little “miracle”.
Giovanna blogs exclusively for HELLO! Online about her life, her novels and her ongoing adventures into first-time parenthood with Tom.
