Family fun for Letizia on the Majorcan coast

It seems Prince Felipe and Princess Letizia of Spain have been on the go non-stop since their May 22 wedding. But now, after trips to Jordan, Fiji and Mexico, the couple have returned home for some down time at the royal family's traditional getaway, Majorca.

The Mediterranean isle is the setting for the tenth Breitling sailing race, featuring King Juan Carlos, Prince Felipe and his sister, Infanta Cristina as participants. And keeping a keen eye on the regatta was Princess Letizia, who was relaxing with her mother-in-law Queen Sofia on a nearby yacht.

The new royal obviously gets along swimmingly with her tiny nieces and nephews as well, warmly embracing sister-in-law Infanta Elena's four-year-old daughter Victoria as they watched the race.

After hours, Prince Felipe and Princess Letizia can escape from the eyes of the world at the cliffside residence Sont Vent, which has recently been renovated for use by the royal couple. The eight-bedroom, three-bathroom estate, which measures 500 square metres, is surrounded by a garden and includes a terrace over looking the sea.
