It's been a while since Carla Bruni's ten-year-old son Aurelien was a boisterous toddler. But France's glamorous first lady has clearly not lost her touch with little ones.
With kisses and cuddles, the 43-year-old charmed the youngsters at a child centre in Le Lamentin, on the French Caribbean Island of Guadeloupe.
They had been waiting with flowers to welcome the former model, who was effortlessly stylish in a pale grey trouser suit and gold hoop earrings.
Carla and her husband, President Nicolas Sarkozy, travelled to Martinique and Guadeloupe to deliver the New Year's address to French overseas territories.
