Her bandmate Cheryl Cole might not need a Parachute, but Girls Aloud’s Kimberley Walsh will when she takes to the skies for this year’s Red Nose Day.
Joining Strictly Come Dancing’s Tess Daly and Gavin and Stacey star Joanna Page, the three beauties will be taking on a series of airborne challenges to join Maltesers in their quest to raise £1 million for Comic Relief.
While Tess tries her hand at indoor skydiving, Welsh comedy actress Joanna will swap being a barrel of laughs for barrel rolls and loop-the-loops, as she takes part in an aerobatic flight.
Meanwhile, Kimberley has made The Promise to have a pop at paragliding.
Admitting that she’ll proably be petrified, she recalled her Kilimanjaro climb with Cheryl in 2009 for the same charity calling it one of her “greatest achievements.”
Telling HELLO! that she finds it daunting not having the other girls for support this time, she adds “But raising awareness for such a good cause is really rewarding so I know it will all be worth it.”
