The Duchess of Cornwall never seems to let any bumps in the road get her down.
Though she broke her leg on a hike in Scotland last month, the upbeat royal has continued to appear in public, maintaining her positive attitude and sense of style.
Yesterday, while meeting with British troops recently returned from Afghanistan, Camilla used an eye-catching red mobility scooter to get around Bulford Camp, where the visit took place.
"She felt the scooter would enable her to get around and meet more soldiers and also help her to talk to them as it positions her a lot higher than her wheelchair does," revealed an aide.
As a sign of respect, however, Camilla opted for crutches when addressing wounded servicemen, whom she told, "You make me proud to be British. You are so unbelievably brave."
