Kylie Minogue helped put a smile back on the Prince of Wales' face moments after his car was attacked by protestors on Thursday evening.
After what must have been a frightening experience en-route to the Royal Variety Performance, Prince Charles was warmly greeted by the pop princess.
And Charles looked equally charmed to see the singer, whom he presented with an OBE in 2008.
Kylie was just one of the big music names taking part in the event, held every year to raise money for charity.
The Aussie beauty, dressed in a raunchy red mini dress and red thigh-high boots, was on the line-up with recently reunited Take That, Susan Boyle, N-Dubz, Cheryl Cole and Ray Davies from The Kinks.
It wasn’t just musicians stealing the show though.
Top comedians also took part, including John Bishop, Sarah Millican and Michael McIntyre, who hosted this year's production.
