He regularly sets foot on UK soil to promote his many films.
And US-based Quentin Tarantino has revealed he has a soft spot for England and - much to the delight of his British fans - says he would like to spend more time in the country.
"I love England. It would be a wonderful life experience to have an excuse to work here for six or nine months," the Inglourious Basterds director says.
And it's not just the scenery Quentin enjoys about Blighty. He'd also like to work with some of Britain's favourite screen stars.
"I am a huge fan of Simon Pegg, so I would definitely love to work with him," he says.
"I also think Kate Winslet is one of the best actresses that ever lived, so I would be honoured to work with her."
"I can see (Anthony Hopkins and Michael Caine) appearing in my movies, it just has to be right."
