Britain's annual racing events have become as much about the fashion as the on-track action.
And showing us how it's done this week was royal granddaughter Zara Phillips, who was on stylish form as she enjoyed a girls' day out with friends to see the prestigious race meeting kick off on Tuesday.
The glamorous equestrienne was working the demure look with a trendy headband and Anya Hindmarch handbag, and a pair of statement lace-up heels.
The 28-year-old appeared to be in high spirits, despite the recent bad news that she will will not compete in the World Equestrian Games in Autumn - as her horse Toytown isn't match fit.
"He's in light work but it is hard to keep him with four good legs," she revealed.
