Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria and her husband Tony Parker have denied that they are getting a divorce.
A spokesman for the actress has shot down reports that Tony filed the paperwork in Mexico on Monday.
The claims were made by celeb website TMZ, who have since issued a retraction.
But according to People magazine, the petite brunette, 35, could be planning to file for divorce herself in the coming days.
According to a source, Eva was "totally and completely blindsided" by recent reports of her 28-year-old husband's infidelity.
Considered a couple very much in love, Eva and Tony (pictured in October) got engaged in November 2006 and were married in July 2007 in a ceremony in France.
The Texas-born beauty was previously married to General Hospital actor Tyler Christopher from 2002 until 2004.
