Only four months has passed since she lost her second baby in one year.
But brave Amanda Holden says she and husband Chris Hughes are "optimistic" and keen to try for more children.
The Britain's Got Talent judge said losing her unborn child at seven months was "the worst time of our lives".
But she was quick to add: "I am an optimist. I think, as bad as life sometimes gets, there is so much joy and so much good stuff, that there is a balance.
"Although what happened is obviously horrifying, we can go on to have more children."
The pair already have five-year-old daughter Lexi.
