The Italian lawyer, who was sporting a sexy satin basque to the event, cosied up to a waxwork model of her one-time beau, much to the delight of nearby photographers.
Her unlikely encounter came as the 42-year-old joined a roll-call of stars at a glitzy party staged by diamond tycoon Patti Wong to mark the Chinese New Year.
Nancy wasn't the only one who met up with a familiar face on the night, as Texan beauty Jerry Hall was photographed inspecting a waxwork model of herself.
Newly engaged Formula One boss Flavio Briatore meanwhile seemed happier to spend his time chatting to top model Sophie Anderton, however. Among the other famous faces at the shindig were I'm A Celebrity; Get Me Out Of Here's David Gest and former EastEnders actress Martine McCutcheon.
