Jack Tweed is looking to begin a new chapter in his life when he is released from prison on Friday, and will mark the occasion with his friends and family at a party held two days later.

The 21-year-old is reportedly hosting a bash at Essex nightclub Faces. Dubbed 'Jack Tweed's Relaunch Party' in a poster on the club's website, it's described as: "Jack's first night out in over a year." Following his release, Jack – whose reality TV star wife Jade Goody passed away just over two months ago – is hoping to revive his career as a nightclub promoter, a Sunday paper reports.

The Waltham Forest-born lad, who was jailed in April for assault, has told his business partner Mark Wright: "I've made mistakes and have served my time. Now I want to prove all those people who doubted me that they were wrong." After serving just over half his 12 week sentence Jack, who married mum-of-two Jade in February, is now looking forward to seeing his step-children, Bobby and Freddie, who live with their father Jeff Brazier."

I can't wait to see the boys and get my life back to normal. I just want to start afresh, "he added. "Apart from my wedding night, I have been unable to have a night out with my friends since the middle of last year. I am looking forward to [the party] as any young man would."
