Mel C was seen using crutches following the debut show of Andrew Lloyd Webber's new musical Jesus Christ Superstar at the 02 Arena on Friday.
The Spice Girl suffered a sprained ankle earlier in the day, causing her to hobble around the show's afterparty in London.
Despite her injury however, the 38-year-old delivered a stellar performance in the production, which is an updated version of the original stage musical.
Mel stars as Mary Magdalene alongside Chris Moyles, Tim Minchin and Ben Forster who was awarded his role after winning the ITV audition show Superstar, which aimed to cast the title character.
During the party, Mel, Chris, Ben and Tim celebrated the show's triumphant sucess, as well as toasting writer and director Lord Lloyd Webber, who creted the show with Tim Rice.
Sporty Spice looked pretty in a pearl-coloured lace dress, with peplum detail which stopped above the knee revealing the protective bandage around her ankle.
Other celeb attendees out to enjoy the show included Amanda Holden, Jason Donovan and Dawn French, who were all involved with the televised audition process and Dawn's comedy partner Jennifer Saunders was also there.
Jennifer is involved with a musical of her own, having penned the script for Viva Forever, which is set to the iconic music of Mel C and her Spice Girl bandmates, Emma Bunton, Victoria Beckham, Geri Halliwell and Mel B.
