The multi-talented media personality is about to kickoff a nationwide tour to promote his two perfumes, Forever and Forever Young, and while on tour, has spoken about his relationship with his pregnant girlfriend Emily MacDonagh.
One of the things he loves most about Emily is how "private" she is, Peter said, speaking exclusively to HELLO!, and that he feels the need to "protect" her amid the attention their romance is getting.
"I adore her," said Peter. "I am a public person but I love the fact that I am with someone who is quite private.
"I understand things get written and I don't take it personally but because Emily is new and a little bit more private, I want to stick up for her, to protect her."
The question of when Peter will propose to Emily, who is due to give birth early next year, is a matter between the Mysterious Girl singer and his 24-year-old girlfriend.
"Of course I am going to do the right thing," said Peter. "I said to Ems that when that happens it will be between just her and me before anyone else gets to know. I have to consider her, and I respect her."
"To have children and now to be about to have another is amazing," he said, referring to his two children from his ex-wife Katie Price — six-year-old Princess and Junior, eight.
Peter also spoke highly of first-time parents Prince William and Kate Middleton, and added that his girlfriend was a big fan of the royal family.
"Emily is obsessed with the royal family," said Peter. "We went to an incredible event, and the person she was most excited about seeing was Prince Charles because she is a royal fan."
"Both Kate and Wills have made the monarchy young and fresh — they have given a lot of hope to Britain. William is a very sensible and good man. He has a beautiful wife and a beautiful baby boy."
"I love that name — George," he added. "It's a strong name. King George."
Peter is about to launch two perfumes, Forever and Forever Young, and added that he sought the help of his girlfriend when creating the special scents.
"I tried them both on Emily about six months ago," said Peter. "About an hour later when she came back into the room I said, 'have you washed it off?' and she said 'no' but it had just gone. I knew the content was wrong so we changed it."
