Michelle Keegan has grand ambitions for when she leaves Coronation Street, but the brunette beauty may take a break and go travelling first.
The small screen star, who recently announced her engagement to former TOWIE favourite Mark Wright, will most likely be taking her fiancé on her travels as the loved-up pair have been inseparable.
"Post Corrie and work-wise, I want to try other acting roles," said Michelle, speaking to the Daily Star's TV Extra.
"I may also do some travelling as well if I get the time and the opportunity," she said.
Michelle confirmed in April that she would be saying farewell to her character Tina McIntyre after six years on the show. While the 26-year-old actress is still living in Manchester to film Coronation Street, Mark is based in his native Essex.
The lovebirds have spent as much time together as possible, and just last week were pictured enjoying a night out in Mark's home county. Michelle turned heads in her bright red chiffon dress, which showed off her toned legs and petite frame.
The newly-engaged star, who was crowned Sexiest Female at the Soap Awards this year, also revealed how she stayed in such good shape.
"I work out whenever I have the time, which can be around three times a week," said Michelle.
"I enjoy eating a balanced diet with lots of vegetables and fruit. I don't eat a lot of bread or potatoes but I enjoy the odd pudding and cocktail on a night out. Everything in moderation."
