The 17-year-old took to Instagram to post a photograph of herself wearing a badge which read "I know Bruce Jenner personally."
"I do, I do," wrote Kendall next to the picture, showing her loyalty to the 63-year-old former Olympian.
The young model's post came just days after her half-brothers, Brandon and Brody, showed their support for Kris.
The estranged couple, who have been married for 22 years, posed happily for a series of family snaps with Brody, 30, and 32-year-old Brandon – Bruce's two sons from his marriage to Linda Thompson.
"Another amazing night @brodyjenner @sprandoni and Bruceeeeee!!! Too fun I love you guys!!! Best hearts," 57-year-old Kris captioned one of the photographs, showing that there are no hard feelings within the family.
Bruce and Kris announced their split on Tuesday in a joint statement.
"We are living separately and we are much happier this way," they told E! News.
"But we will always have much love and respect for each other even though we are separated, we will always remain best friends and, as always, our family will remain our number one priority."
According to US Weekly, Bruce and Kris kept their separation a secret for an entire year and will not divorce because they have no prenuptial agreement in place.
Their breakup is the latest marital problem for the famous family.
Kris's daughter Khloé Kardashian and her husband Lamar Odom are struggling with their own relationship and earlier this year Kim Kardashian finalised her divorce from Kris Humphries just 12 days before the arrival of her daughter North with partner Kanye West.
Kris and Bruce were married in April 1991, one month after the matriarch got divorced from her husband Robert Kardashian. Bruce has been like a second father to the Kardashian children ever since their father passed away in 2003.
