The former Girls Aloud singer, who is expecting her first child with long-term boyfriend Justin Scott, had paid a visit to the hospital where she heard the good news.
"Just been for a check up & our little munchkin is fine! I successfully took the entire weight of my fall on my wrist so baby is very happy," posted Kimberley.
"The baby was literally waving at me to tell me everything's fine."
Kimberley turned heads when she emerged from the theatre on Monday night with her arm in a sling. As she left the West End production of drama From Here To Eternity, Kimberley was pictured smiling at the cameras and climbing into the backseat of her car.
The pregnant pop singer sported a black, fur-lined leather jacket and animal print trousers, hiding her tiny baby bump from view.
As a keen user of Twitter, Kimberley had shared a photo of her sling the day before, alarming fans with her injury.
"So I've had an eventful day," she wrote alongside the snapshot. "Slipped and broke my wrist, first break at 32. On a happier note thanks to the lovely nurses in A&E tonight you were all lovely ☺️."
Fortunately for Kimberley, her sisters Sally and Amy and her long-term beau Justin were on hand to help.
"So my little helpers @SallyLWalsh and @amywalsh27 came to make me breakfast and lunch then Justin had to wash my hair and get me ready," she wrote.
Kimberley then retweeted an amusing image from a Friends episode, in which Ross attempts to do girlfriend Rachel's makeup and fails.
Kimberley's injury comes just a few weeks after she announced that she was pregnant with her first child.
The social media savvy star revealed her exciting news on Twitter, posting, "Justin and I are so happy to let you all know we are having a baby!!! Couldn't wait to share our lovely news with you all ❤."
