The dramatic three-minute-long clip features numerous car crashes and explosions as well as a steller cast including Sean Penn, Don Cheadle, Emmy Rossum, Jake Gyllenhaal, Blake Lively, Rashida Jones and Kidada Jones.
In the days following the shocking footage of Solange and Jay Z was released, Beyoncé has shown support for her sister with a series of flashback photos on her Instagram account.
On Wednesday the Halo singer uploaded four pictures of her and Solange, the first showing the pair posing with their arms wrapped around each other's waist.
The following three photos showed the sisters in high spirits and in one particularly tender snap, the siblings are pictured hugging on stage at this year's Coachella festival after Beyoncé made a surprise appearance at her sister's gig.
"As a result of the public release of the elevator security footage from Monday, May 5th, there has been a great deal of speculation about what triggered the unfortunate incident," she said in a statement. "But the most important thing is that our family has worked through it.
"Jay and Solange each assume their share of responsibility for what has occurred," it read. "They both acknowledge their role in this private matter that has played out in the public. They both have apologised to each other and we have moved forward as a united family."
The New York establishment said the person responsible for leaking the much talked about footage had been terminated for "breaching the security policies of the hotel and recording the confidential CCTV video."
