Morrissey has undergone a series of cancer treatments
"They have scraped cancerous tissues four times already, but whatever. If I die, then I die. And if I don't, then I don't. Right now I feel pretty good," he said.

Morrissey has suffered from a number of illnesses recently, although this is the first time his cancer diagnosis has been revealed.
Last year, he admitted that doctors had "cautioned" him to stop touring, but said, "it's difficult for me because it's very ingrained within me".
