She is turning 40 on Thursday.
But with her super-chiselled physique and flawless appearance, Cameron Diaz is the envy of women half her age.
The actress works hard to keep in shape, however, and she was spotted strolling around New York following a punishing workout session on Tuesday.

The blonde bombshell looked the picture of health as she showed off her toned tummy and shapely legs in workout gear.
Despite the milestone birthday, Cameron obviously has no issue with ageing.
In fact, she has a rather unique outlook on the matter, insisting that if you stick to a healthy diet and exercise regime, a reverse effect will occur.
"My a** is definitely higher than it was when I was 20," she told Access Hollywood in May. "This is the thing that people don't understand – take care of your body [and it will] get better! It gets better as I get older."
Luckily for us, the actress is set to pen a tell-all health, fitness and wellbeing book with Harper Collins, which is due to hit stores next year.
In a statement about her latest venture, the publishing house said: "Cameron aims to engage and empower women and girls by showing them that with the right knowledge about their bodies, they can live happier, healthier, stronger and better."
And speaking of her fitness regime to Elle magazine last year, she said: "I love it. I have never, ever watched what I eat in my life, but I do now.
"I'm off the fried foods. I'm very thoughtful about what I eat. If you're gonna do heavy lifting, and you want to stay small, you have to watch what you eat.
"You have to give your body the right nutrients and really think about what's best for it", she added.
