"I would rather treat myself and work out than deprive myself of all the lovely things in life," she told Closer magazine.
She also offered some valuable advice for people who want to get their bodies bikini-ready.
"Never go for a quick-fix diet and never skip meals, because it makes your body store fat," she said. "Set a realistic goal for losing weight – one or two pounds a week – and eat regularly and healthily."
Lucy also revealed what her workouts involve, "I do mainly interval training. I probably do 100 crunches a day. Most mornings I wake up and do as many as I can.
Although she's always been naturally slim, she admits that she hasn't always been happy with the way she looks. "I didn't like my bum and my thighs, but I worked really hard and I'm happy with the way they are now."
The first of Lucy's BootyCamps takes place in Shropshire in January 2014, to book yourself on to one of Lucy's camps you can visit bootycampwithlucy.com.
