With just weeks to go until the remake of Beauty and the Beast hits cinemas, a new make-up collection has been released inspired by the Disney classic. Although there has been a lot of speculation that MAC Cosmetics will be launching a Beauty and the Beast collection, it is in fact L'Oréal Paris who has released a limited edition line – and we want it all!

The collection has been revealed by beauty bloggers on Instagram, and it appears that seven of the main characters have their own matching lipstick and nail polish shades. For Emma Watson's character Belle there is a classic red shade, while the Beast has a dark brown lipstick and blue nail polish.

Lumiere – played in the remake by Ewan McGregor – has the perfect nude lipstick and matching polish, while there is a pale pink combo available for Mrs Potts. For Plumette there are vampy berry-toned products, and finally there is a "rose red" lipstick and metallic grey nail polish for the rose.

Each lipstick and nail polish can be bought separately, or Beauty and the Beast super fans can snap up the entire collection for 109 Euros. However there is just one catch – sadly the collection is exclusive to Amazon Italy and will not be sold in UK stores – but it may be available via the site when it launches on 9 February.

The long-awaited live action remake of Beauty and the Beast is released in UK cinemas on 17 March, starring Emma Watson and Dan Stevens in the leading roles. Emma, 26, recently opened up about her reasons to play Belle. The Harry Potter alum had just turned down the role of Cinderella when this project came along.

"I didn't know they were going to make Beauty and the Beast at the time I turned down Cinderella," Emma told Total Film. "But when they offered me Belle, I just felt the character resonated with me so much more than Cinderella did. She remains curious, compassionate and open-minded. And that's the kind of woman I would want to embody as a role model, given the choice."
