Skincare: Brush in the buff for super-soft skin

by hellomagazine.com

The benefits of body brushing in getting rid of dead, dry skin to reveal softer skin beneath and encouraging blood to the surface for a healthier looking glow have been expounded by skin experts for a decade. But doing it on dry skin before you get into the bath or shower seems to have a far more noticeable effect. And it's easier, too, possibly because the dead cells can just drop straight off rather than adhering to the skin with the water. So give yourself an all over brush, bathe, dry and slather on a rich moisturiser (it'll sink in more effectively without dead skin cells getting in the way) and you'll really feel the difference.
