The British royal was spotted happily riding her horse High Kingdom around the Gatcombe Park stables in Gloucestershire — a short distance from her family home.
Dressed in navy jodhpurs, a matching jacket and brown leather boots, Zara couldn't have looked more in her element. The new mum expertly led her racehorse around the lush green fields and smiled at photographers who had arrived for her photocall.
Zara was accompanied by her England rugby player husband Mike Tindall, who proudly watched on as his wife geared up and got into her training.
Zara takes baby Mia to first rugby game
The Queen's granddaughter stopped a couple of times around the fields to have snaps taken with her majestic horse. Zara is clearly fond of High Kingdom — the horse she rode at London 2012 when she won silver as part of Great Britain's eventing team.
Champion Zara, who became the first royal to win an Olympic medal, affectionately placed her hand on her horse's nose and rubbed his mane lovingly.
Her first competition since the birth of baby Mia will take place over Easter weekend. Zara is set to compete at the SYMM International Horse Trials in Henley-on-Thames and has entered four horses, including High Kingdom.

Zara's other hose Black Tuxedo will take part in the open intermediate class, while CG Master Lux and Mr Murt will compete in the open novice challengers.
During the early stages of her pregnancy, Zara continued riding and was no doubt keen to get back on her horse once she had given birth. Earlier this month, the 32-year-old attended the Grand National in Liverpool where she supported Mike's racehorse Monbeg Dude.
