Lea Michele has asked for "privacy at this devastating time" following the tragic death of her boyfriend Cory Monteith.
The actress released a short statement on Sunday after the news that her 31-year-old Glee co-star had been found in his hotel room in Vancouver, Canada, on Saturday.
"We ask that everyone kindly respects Lea's privacy during this devastating time," her representative said.

A source told Hollywood Life that the actress is "completely inconsolable", adding, "she is devastated beyond belief".
Lea, 26, and Cory had been dating for around two years. In January, she lovingly spoke about him in an interview with Marie Claire.
"No one knows me better than Cory," she said. "No one knows what it's been like to go through this more than he does. Feeling like you have that net underneath you allows you to jump higher and go farther. He makes me feel like I can do anything.
"For the the first time in my life, I feel really, really settled and happy," she added. "I feel like the luckiest girl in the world."
Her actions have spoken even louder. Lea stood by Cory's side when he entered rehab in 2013 for substance addiction, and was reportedly the one who convinced him to get help.
"I love and support Cory and will stand by him," she said at the time. "I am grateful and proud he made this decision."
Saturday's tragic news prompted a slew of heartfelt tributes dedicated to Cory, who found fame as Finn Hudson in the hit Fox show.
In the wake of his sudden death, his co-star Matthew Morrison paid tribute during his performance in New York on Sunday.
The actor admitted to the crowd it was "awkward" to be performing so soon after the death of Cory, who he described as his "brother".
"You guys came to see a show, I came to perform a show, so that's what we'll do," he said. "And we'll do it in Cory's honour."
Matthew gave a peace salute before performing a cappella version of the song, What I Did For Love.
"It was very difficult for him to perform, but he didn't want to disappoint anyone," a source told US Weekly.
It's a little princess!
