With millions of dollars at stake, their lawyers are said to have been negotiating property settlements and custody arrangements for the twins for months.

It is thought that the pair separated in May, but Nick told Parade
at the time there was no truth to reports they were divorcing.

While in the past they have opted for elaborate ceremonies – at Disneyland in 2013, and in Paris in 2012 – Nick told Parade
that this year they had chosen something that was "low key".
"I mean, the year before, we kind of went over the top with Disneyland, so we kind of wanted to reel it in this year so everybody doesn't think that we try to do that every single year," he said.
