Jennifer Lopez says her energy has increased after she went vegan
Thanks to the new eating regime, the On The Floor singer hasn't only got her washboard stomach back – her energy levels have also drastically increased.

JLo attributes the loss of her baby weight, six years later, to the vegan diet
The key is to lower the intake of foods with a high sugar and fat content and supplement them with natural sugars from fruit and foods full of fiber from a plant-based diet. While following a strict diet is hard work, JLo has learned how to get the health benefits from the eating plan, while not following it to the letter.
The appeal of an improved body and an energy boost aren't the only perks of the new trend.
In a study from Brown University – from which Emma Watson recently graduated – following a vegan diet will also decrease the risk of developing heart disease, colorectal, ovarian and breast cancers, diabetes and high blood pressure.
Other celebrities to reap the rewards of the vegan diet this year include songstress Ellie Goulding and House of Cards actress Kate Mara.
