WILLS GUEST OF HONOUR AT EXCLUSIVE AFRICAN PARTY

A couple of months after his own 21st birthday party, Prince William was guest of honour at the same landmark event in his close friend Jessica Craig's life.

And while Wills chose an 'Out of Africa' theme for his bash, Jessica's party took place very much in Africa, at her parents' ranch in Kenya's Rift Valley.

At what was reported to be the most elite gathering of the season, guests were treated to tribal dancing and a lavish open-air banquet, with the distant mountain peaks and the sound of Masai drumbeats as the spectacular backdrop.

It was another highlight in the Prince's current African trip, during which he has also made a bungee jump and been white-water rafting. He has been staying with Jessica, or Jecca as she is known to her friends, with whom he has developed a close friendship since they met when he was visiting Africa as part of his gap year travels.

Jecca was seated next to Wills at his 21st party at the end of June, and her parents have also been invited to Windsor Castle. Excited speculation over a possible romance for the popular young Prince, though, was quashed by a statement from St James's Palace firmly denying any romantic attachment.
