Kate Garraway has made sure that everyone knows just how much she's behind the England team ahead of the World Cup semi-final game against Croatia, and has even taken to drastically changing her hairstyle – well, kind of. The Good Morning Britain host put on a red and white wig complete with a football woven into it to show her support to the nation's team on Wednesday's show, and wore an England shirt and Gareth Southgate-style waistcoat to complete her patriotic outfit. "#Onmeheadson – literally. You can do it boys #comeonengland#worldcup #hairgoals @gmb," she captioned the post. Fans adored the photo, and many took to the comments section to have their say. "You're looking really good Kate. Come on England," one wrote, while another said: "Hilarious Kate, you look great!" A third joked: "You are a good 'sport!'"

It's not just Kate who is showing her support ahead of the big game. The original ball used in the winning 1966 World Cup was featured on Wednesday's This Morning, and hosts Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield later took to their respective Instagram accounts to share photos of them posing with it. "Getting winning vibes from the actual ball used in the 1966 World Cup the last time England won the World Cup!" wrote Holly, while Phil simply said: "THE 1966 winning ball!!"

Former England Captain David Beckham, meanwhile, shared a photo of his predecessor Harry Kane on Instagram. "Come on boys believe this is our moment. Take all that raw experience and talent and take us all the way. The boys have worked hard enough to get to this point now go have fun and bring it home... Come On England," he wrote.

According to The Mirror, a royal source says that William - who met the team before they departed to Russia last month - has been "eagerly following England's progress along with enjoying the whole tournament." "He has been in touch behind the scenes to the team and has given them public messages of support via Twitter," it said. The source added that just like every other football fan in the country right now, the Duke is "willing the team to make history and bring it home."
