Glee star Cory Monteith tragically died on Saturday following a heroin and alcohol overdose.
The British Columbia Coroners Service said in a release that the 31-year-old, who was found dead in a hotel room in Vancouver, Canada, died of "a mixed-drug toxicity involving heroin and alcohol."

The service added that Cory's death was unlikely to have been intentional, saying, "It should be noted that at this point there is no evidence to suggest Mr Monteith's death was anything other than a most-tragic accident."
Meanwhile, Cory's girlfriend Lea Michele has released a statement to People to say she has been seeking solace with the actor's devastated family.
"Lea is deeply grateful for all the love and support she's received from family, friends and fans," it read. "Since Cory's passing, Lea has been grieving alongside his family and making appropriate arrangements with them.

Cory, 31, and Lea, 26, had been dating for around two years, and according to reports were planning on moving in together.
An insider told US Weekly, "Lea and Cory were planning on moving in together when he got back from Vancouver. They weren't talking engagement or marriage yet but it was heading that way.

"The first step was Cory was going to move in (to Lea's LA home) completely. He was already there all the time."
Cory and Lea were also said to be more in love than ever at the time of his passing, and planning a happy future together. The source added, "They were 100 percent happy and together and in love at the time of his death."
